Looking to become a Laser Tattoo Removal Technician in Queensland?

To become a Laser Tattoo Removal Technician in Queensland, students must complete the following prerequisite courses:

• Laser Safety Officer Certificate
• Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments Skill Set

A variety of accredited training providers throughout QLD offer these courses.

Upon completion of the above mentioned prerequisites, students are required to apply for a Trainee Licence through Queensland Radiation Health before commencing practical training with Quantum Tattoo Removal Clinic.

Once granted your Trainee Licence, students must complete 100 hours of Laser Tattoo Removal Training whilst under the supervision of a qualified and unrestricted licensee.

After successful completion of training and demonstration of proficiency and understanding in Laser Tattoo Removal, students will then be eligible to apply for a Full Licence through Queensland Radiation Health.
